- WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER -
Location: A private outdoor patio with plenty of seating in the heart of Downtown Leesburg. Indoor areas will be made available in the event of rain or inclement weather.
Limited Marketing: Our marketing team will advertise the event via social media and our weekly newsletter. If the artist can provide posters we will hang them up in our café.
- ARTIST RESPONSIBILITY -
Sound Equipment: We have a small outdoor stage with electricity. The artist must bring their own amps, etc.
The Audience: While we will do our part to get the word out around town, ultimately it is the artist’s job to fill the audience with people interested in coming to hear them play!
- SUGGESTIONS -
Set Up Venmo: At this time, we are unable to offer a stipend or any other monetary compensation. Every artist will be playing exclusively for tips - similar to busking. We are happy to set up signs around the patio and near our cash register encouraging the audience to tip the artist via cash or an online platform such as Venmo.
Bring a Request List: Compile a list of familiar favorites and encourage the audience to request a song when they send a tip to the musician!
Bring Your Own Merch: We are happy to provide a table for you to set up a merch booth. The artist will be solely responsible for collecting payments in exchange for any goods and services.
